When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Limelight reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Limelight confirms acceptance.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Limelight may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.
If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed when the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally dispatched within one to two business days after payment has been received and confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
Standard nationwide delivery is charged at a flat rate of R99 unless free delivery or a different delivery fee is expressly stated at checkout, on an invoice or as part of a promotion.
Orders may be delivered using third-party courier services, including The Courier Guy, Aramex or another suitable delivery provider.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, customs processing, severe weather, load shedding, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking information may be provided by email or WhatsApp once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel.
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, the order will be subject to the courier’s delivery procedures. This does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable South African consumer law.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, written content, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to Limelight and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limelight’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property belonging to Limelight or its licensors. They may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs and slogans are trademarks belonging to Shopify. Other names and logos appearing through the Services may belong to their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to tools or services offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not necessarily monitor, control or have input over these tools.

Limelight is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, all sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Limelight.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery, warranty or quality of products purchased directly from Limelight.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from purchases and transactions between you and Limelight.

All personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.

SECTION 17 - PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Limelight offers a two-year limited warranty on eligible products, calculated from the original date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is clearly stated for a particular product.
The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects arising during normal and reasonable use of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, accidental damage, neglect, abuse, exposure beyond the product’s stated rating, ordinary wear and tear or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, photographs, videos or other reasonable information so that the product and alleged defect can be assessed.
Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Limelight may repair the product, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product, provide store credit or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Limelight also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions contained in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under the Consumer Protection Act.
SECTION 18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limelight and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or business opportunities.
Limelight’s liability will not be excluded or limited where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 19 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limelight, Shopify and our respective affiliates, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against third-party claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising from:

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will be interpreted fairly and in accordance with applicable law and will not automatically be interpreted against the party that drafted the Terms.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
